As the world prepares to ring in the New Year, the annual London fireworks will again be a spectacle people can watch from the comfort of their homes.
Although some might be hitting the town or rugging up and watching the event live in person, many others will be taking up the opportunity to instead spend the night tuning into their TV screens.
Tonight the BBC will be airing a string of special programmes to welcome in 2025.
It will be airing the fireworks display on the River Thames as Big Ben strikes midnight and crowds gather.
But before then a special The Graham Norton Show episode will air, followed by Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s New Year’s Eve Disco. Here’s everything you need to know.
How to watch London’s fireworks on TV this New Year’s Eve

Tonight, BBC One will be airing Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s New Year’s Eve Disco from 11.30pm.
The Queen of the dance floor will be joined on stage by fellow disco sensation Jessie Ware, Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears, Emily Roberts guitarist with The Last Dinner Party and the MDL Singers.
Sophie is set to perform her global hits as well as some surprise numbers, with the party continuing after the fireworks at 12.10am.

Meanwhile over on BBC Two Jools Holland’s Annual Hootenanny will air from 11.30pm.
That programme will involve Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra joined by ‘a stellar line-up of artists and a celebrity audience to offer predictions and resolutions for the coming year’.
For Scottish viewers, Hogmanay 2024 will air on BBC One Scotland and BBC Scotland from 11.30pm.

Amy Irons will present, with music from pop icon Marti Pellow, Celtic folk-rock group from the Highlands and Islands Skipinnish and Bellshill country folk singer-songwriter Rianne Downey.
Some of the country’s biggest stars will also join her on the sofa to reflect on 2024 and its highlights.
The New Year will be rung in with the traditional Lone Piper high on the ramparts of Edinburgh Castle and the midnight gun marking the start of the New Year, along with the traditional spectacular fireworks display soundtracked by the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
What other shows will be on?

Before the New Year music and firework events, The Graham Norton Show will return for its traditional New Year’s Eve edition.
Viewers have been told to ‘expect sparkling chat, jokes and music as Graham and a sofa of star guests take a look back at the events of 2024’.
The episode will see Robbie Williams speaking about how breaking into the US would scratch an itch, Rami Malek talking about his love of London, Motsi Mabuse sharing this year’s Strictly was very, very special, and John Bishop revealing why he never expected to be a stand-up.
