Holly Willoughby has reportedly been offered a huge payday to host three new series as ITV bosses hope to ‘future-proof’ their relationship with the TV presenter.

The star, 43, quit This Morning months after her former co-presenter Phillip Schofield in 2023, after a plot to kidnap and kill her was uncovered by police.

For months, she remained out of the spotlight, and kept a dignified silence over Schofield’s apparent digs towards her, before returning to present Dancing On Ice alongside Stephen Mulhern.

She’s due to return as a host in just days as a brand new batch of celebrities take to the ice, and fronted the revival of You Bet! weeks ago with two specials.

Holly is also hitting screens on a new Netflix show with Bear Grylls, but it’s now been claimed ITV bosses are keen to keep them as their ‘golden girl’.

According to reports, the broadcaster has lined up a trio of new shows for her, leaving her set to earn £1,000,000.

The Sun claims she could be landing a full series of You Bet! as well as another Saturday night entertainment show and a possible gameshow or quiz.

A source told the publication: ‘ITV chiefs are attempting to future-proof their relationship with Holly, who they very much see as having launched and nurtured her career on the network.

‘But they also understand she has earned her place as one of Britain’s biggest TV stars, and inevitably rivals will make her offers — so they feel they have to tempt her to stay.

‘Of course, it’s entirely up to Holly if she takes up ITV’s deal or starts to consider her options elsewhere.’

This comes after Netflix dropped a first look at Holly on Celebrity Bear Hunt, which is due to air later this year, with the line-up yet to be confirmed.

The release teases: ‘Holly Willoughby hosts this action-packed competition show that sees a group of unlikely celebrities dropped into the Central American jungle as prey for one of the world’s most fearsome predators – Bear Grylls.

‘Bear believes there’s an action hero inside us all – even the celebs – but how strong is their will to survive?

‘As Bear puts them through their paces, those who fail to impress will face the dreaded ‘Bear Hunt’ – a brutal game of cat and mouse where they’ll be hunted down by Bear himself and, if captured, face elimination from the show.’

As her new Netflix show was revealed, it had also earlier been said that the Wylde Moon founder was eyed-up by the BBC, while previous reports emerged that ITV were offering her a huge deal to remain at the channel.

Metro has approached ITV and Holly’s rep for comment.
