Emmerdale viewers were left spitting out their tea in shock as Ross Barton came back from the dead.
Like Dirty Den in EastEnders, someone we all thought was dead turned out to totally not be dead.
Ross Barton, who appeared to have been bumped off by his brother Pete in the wake of the helicopter crash, turned up (barely) alive and well at the end of Tuesday’s episode.
To make things worse, Pete had just confessed to his wife Debbie that he’d bumped his brother off, causing her to go into meltdown and have flashbacks of her ex Cameron – quite a prolific killer himself.
