Todd Carty has taken to Twitter to pay his respects to actor Terry Sue-Patt, who died this week.
Carty and Sue-Patt were renowned throughout the nation during the late seventies and early eighties for their on-screen rapport as lovable chums Tucker and Benny in the BBC children’s television drama Grange Hill.
After turning down an opportunity to take part in Tucker’s Luck, a spin off series, Sue-Patt and Carty parted ways professionally, but remained friends off-screen.
Carty went on to play Mark Fowler on the soap Eastenders, earning him a place amongst the UK’s most renowned and cherished television personalities.
