Clearly not as the British actor has now turned his hand to video games for the portrayal of gaming pioneer Sam Houser, the creator of Grand Theft Auto 5.
With a hipster beard and a hoodie, Dan looks the part of young Sam in the first trailer for BBC drama The Gamechangers.
The one-off drama focuses on the controversy between Sam and his company Rockstar Media, who went up against Christian lawyer Jack Thompson, played here by Bill Paxton, who believed that video games were too blame for violence in children.
