EastEnders proved yet again they are the top dogs in soapland as they took away the Best Soap gong at the 2015 TV Choice Awards.
They were the only soap to take home two out of a possible four gongs as well, with Emmerdale and Coronation Street also pocketing an award each.
But sadly, despite a good turn out from its cast, no nods went in Hollyoaks’ direction and the Channel 4 soap went home empty handed.
