Sheridan Smith has honoured Cilla Black as she picked up her best actress prize at the TV Choice Awards.
The 34-year-old won the award for best drama performance for playing the late icon in the ITV biopic Cilla.
As she picked up her award, Smith said: ‘Obviously, it’s tinged with sadness.
‘It’s an absolute honour and privilege to play such an amazing lady. Thank you, Cilla.’
