Peter Capaldi will be the only star in an ‘experimental’ episode of Doctor Who.
Writer Steven Moffat has teased the special episode, in which the Doctor will be the only character to appear.
Moffat said (via Digital Spy): We always like a new challenge on the show. I can’t tell you too much about this, but it’s certainly unique and a big first for the show.’
Doctor Who has often featured ‘Doctor-lite’ episodes in the past to give the leads a bit of a breather. But a Capaldi-only episode will certainly be a treat for fans that just love to see the actor at work.
