While waiting for Paul and Mary to pop up on our screens we discovered the latest TV guilty pleasure – Pound Shop Wars.
It’s just as you would expect it to be, like the retail version of The Office but in real life. This fly on the wall series follows Poundworld owner Chris Edwards and his most charismatic employees and it somehow makes compelling viewing.
You know it’s trash telly as you’re watching but for some reason you just can’t look away.
