Stephen Fry is saying goodbye to QI.
The British broadcaster and presenter will be passing on the mantel to BBC Radio 4’s former News Quiz host Sandi Toksvig.
Stephen’s departure comes after 13 years in the quizmaster seat of the BBC2 comedy show.
QI stands for ‘Quite Interesting’ and was originally meant to have Michael Palin as host with Fry and Alan Davies as team captains, but at the last minute the BAFTA host was bumped up for the pilot episode.
Stephen’s final series will be named M, the thirteenth letter in the alphabet for the thirteenth series.
