Lord Sugar doesn’t actually like firing people, says his aide Claude Littner.
At the end of every episode of The Apprentice (bar the final), Lord Sugar dismisses a sub par candidate with his popular catchphrase ‘You’re fired’.
But it turns out the businessman isn’t as hard-faced as he comes across on the programme.
