Episode two of The Apprentice reverted to the traditional format of boys (Versatile) versus girls (Connexus) as both teams were tasked with creating a new brand of cactus-based shampoo and an advertising campaign to support its launch.
The task became a battle of two contrasting leadership styles: delegation versus dictatorship. Richard Woods adopted the former approach while Aisha Kasim was rather less democratic.
