It’s all change for ITV’s longest-running programme as the famous set of Coronation Street has been given the go-ahead to be demolished.
Manchester’s planning committee have given the green light to developers Allied London’s bid to renovate the area which currently houses the Granada Studios where ITV’s beloved soap filmed for over 30 years.
