The America’s Got Talent panel just got itself a new judge – in the shape of Simon Cowell.
The mogul, who can currently be seen mentoring the Overs category in The X Factor 2015, was one of the co-creators of the series, but has never before actually sat on its judging panel.
Until now that is, after he confirmed he will take over from departing panellist Howard Stern when the show returns for its 11th series in 2016.
The remainder of the panel – is yet to be confirmed, but the move could potentially reunite him with former X Factor judge Mel B, who has been on the show’s panel since 2013.
