Sky News presenter Eamonn Holmes has said that he is pulling 18 hour shifts, survives on only four hours sleep, and now is concerned about sleep deprivation.
The host said he’s afraid the gruelling routine could kill him.
Eamonn, 55, has been filming a documentary with his wife Ruth Langsford, alongside his job as a presenter for Sky News and This Morning, which means he is working 18 hour days.
