There’s always an array of fascinating contestants on University Challenge – and this one brought a bucket load of sass to proceedings, effectively shooting down Jeremy Paxman – which is no easy feat.
Morley, from Trinity Cambridge, appeared on the show over a year ago, but the glorious moment is again doing the rounds on Twitter as University Challenge fans reminisce about the show’s contestants. We think that the moment has yet to be bettered.
Morley was on the ball, and was able to interrupt Paxman’s question with the correct answer – leading the host to incredulously ask how he had known what he was going to ask.
