The Antiques Roadshow has been on the air for 38 years and now they’ve found their most expensive item ever, valued at over £1million.
It was discovered in Harrogate by researchers of the show – presented by Fiona Bruce, and say it’s owned by a sporting organisation.
‘An item seen today at the Antiques Roadshow in Harrogate is the highest valued object ever to appear on the show in its 38-year history,’ a BBC spokesperson said.
‘It is a world famous piece owned by a sporting institution. The final valuation given will be revealed when the programme airs in Spring 2016.’
We’ve tried… but they’re not going to tell us yet.
