Kitchen queen Nigella returned to the BBC with a new show, giving us ‘recipes that relax and restore, uplift and enrich’.
‘I believe with all my heart that what and how we cook can make us feel better’ she said.
While viewers were happy to see her back on our screens, her avocado toast recipe got a lot of people’s backs up.
Essentially it was avocado mashed together with dill, lime juice, chili flakes, ginger and salt, on top of spelt bread (which honestly sounds divine to us).
