People are accusing PayPal of ruining the magic of Christmas with their festive advert campaign this year.
The ad, created by Crispin + Porter Bogusky, features two brothers who are trying to work out why their parents haven’t brought any Christmas presents home yet.
It turns out mum and dad have been buying pressies online using, of course, PayPal, which some viewers believe destroys the whole Father Christmas idea for children.
PayPal has had to apologise for the ad after the Advertising Standards Authority received 233 complaints slamming it as offensive for ruining Christmas.
