Simon Cowell has hit back at suggestions that Britain’s Got Talent’s ‘talking dog’ Miss Wendy appeared distressed during her semi-final performance with owner Marc Metral.
The act – which sees the cute pooch ‘talking’ and singing alongside the French ventriloquist – was one of nine that took to the stage during Thursday night’s show, narrowly missing out on a place in Sunday’s final.
However the performance caused concern among some viewers, who took to Twitter to suggest that Wendy appeared to be trembling during her time on stage – prompting Simon to speak out.
