Donald Trump’s return to Saturday Night Live was probably one of the most controversial since his lasting hosting stint in 2004.
And thankfully, the NBC sketch show didn’t let the controversial Republican presidential candidate off lightly, well Larry David didn’t.
During Trump’s opening monologue the Curb Your Enthusiasm star shouts ‘you’re a racist’ from the wings.
Alas, it wasn’t an unscripted move from Larry, rather a pre-meditated joke referring to the $5000 offer made by DeportRacism.com to disrupt the live broadcast by calling Trump out for his history of bigoted and xenophobic comments, especially towards the Latin American community.
‘I heard if I yelled that, they’d give me five thousand dollars,’ Larry explained.
