After Saturday night treated us to popcorn and songs from the movies it was back down to earth for the remaining nine acts as it was decided the Sunday night results show would mean another double elimination.
Yes, two acts were to leave us again this week and the dubious honour of scoring the least amount of votes and being booted off before the sing-off was awarded to Max Stone.
This meant that Monica Michael and Anton Stephans had to sing again in order to stay and sadly it was time to say goodbye to the Wildcard Monica. Mentor Rita bid her farewell but reminded everyone that her act was an ‘amazing songwriter and incredible artist’.
