We know things can get a bit tense on The X Factor live shows but surely we can all just hug it out?
We ask because Lauren Murray was caught on camera pushing a member of 4th Impact out of the way as she came in for a hug.
The aspiring singer was spotted pushing her arm away as the excitable girl group celebrated making it through to another week.
