Writer and actor Mark Gatiss, part of the team that produce the worldwide smash Sherlock, has spoken about the possibility of a crossover with another show he’s involved in, Doctor Who.
Basically, he’s not keen.
Gatiss, who produces Sherlock with Doctor Who boss Steven Moffat, and Sue Vertue, has written a number of stories for both franchises and has starred in both.
But it looks like a ‘Sherlock Who?’, or ‘WhoLock’ as fans call it, is off the table.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Gatiss said it would only ever happen ‘over my dead body’, adding:
