The site of the Slough office buildings which became infamous after being featured in Ricky Gervais’ classic series The Office has been sold – for an impressive £325m.
While the site – situated on the Slough Trading Estate – belonged to property investors Sergo, it has now been snapped up by property investment fund AEW Europe – part of the French investment bank Natixis.
