Abi Franklin’s life descends further into tatters in tonight’s Coronation Street as Seb’s actions have a double whammy of effects on her.
Abi faces court after taking the rap for Seb trashing the florists after her arrest, and having given the police no comment at all, things aren’t looking good for her.
Meanwhile, Seb is still furious with his mum over her decision to give up the twins, having previously branded her pathetic over her decision, he makes is own mind up about his siblings’ futures – he wants to adopt them if Abi really wants to give them up.
But the social worker has a harsh reality slap for Seb – the only way he has a single hope of getting the children is if he cuts Abi out of his life for good. Will he decide to ditch his mum?

If he does it’ll just be another in a long line of bad news for Abi, who faces her court case head on. Having not helped herself in a bid to keep Seb’s freedom, the judge hands her a harsh 16 week sentence for the crime.
Abi is distraught but had resigned herself to her fate. Later in prison, she meets up with an old friend.
And while she starts her time in the slammer, Seb starts to pull his plan together – he’s going for the twins, which means he’ll have to turn his back on her.
