Homeland will be staying in the States for season six.
Showtime boss David Nevins confirmed that the new season will shoot in and around New York.
He said at the Television Critics Association: ‘It will be set domestically, primarily in the New York area.’
President of Programming Gary Levine: ‘We are in awe of how (showrunner) Alex Gansa and his writing staff reinvent Homeland each year. And I think it’s exciting to see what they’re going to do in bringing it back to the United States and reinvent it yet again.’
