Because Saturday night’s show saw Will.i.am do just that at a key moment in the blind auditions – only to admit he’d spun his chair round by mistake.
The act in question, bouncer Alaric Green, had been performing the song Broken Vow in his bid to impress the coaches – but at that stage had failed to convince any of them to turn round.
