Glee may be forced to changed its name completely in the UK after a court ruled in favour of a comedy club named The Glee Club.
The British club launched a ‘trademark issue’ related case against the show creators in 2011, stating that ‘the similarity of the names and branding in the same field of entertainment services has led to us losing custom and hampered our ability to establish our brand of cutting edge live comedy’.
