Gaga had promised the performance would be ‘experimental’ and she most definitely did not disappoint, with robots and holograms throughout the show, and a projection of a massive spider running across her face. Wow.
Let’s Dance, Space Oddity, Heroes, Rebel Rebel, Suffragette City and Changes all featured in her homage to the 69-year-old. At one point she had the image of Bowie’s Aladdin Sane projected onto her face while she sang Space Oddity. The legendary Nile Rodgers was also there playing along with her.
