So at last we know the six songs that will battle it out on Friday, February 26 to represent the United Kingdom at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm.
While we’ll get the chance to form opinions on the songs over the next week, it all comes down to the staging and how the songs combine with their stage show.
A good mix can take an average song and push it up the rankings.
Staging that doesn’t help tell a story to viewers could see us crashing back down to our seemingly regular place at the lower end of the scoreboard.
