Cilla Black’s nephew has made a premature exit from The Voice UK after losing out in the battle rounds on Saturday night.
Tobias Robertson previously landed himself a spot on Boy George’s team after impressing the singer with his version of You’ve Got A Friend In Me at the blind auditions.
However he faced stiff competition in fellow team member Laura Begley as the competition reached its second stage.
And ultimately, after the pair had performed a pared-down version of Love Will Tear Us Apart, George chose to save Laura – and Tobias missed out on the chance to be stolen by another coach.
