House Of Cards fans were left reeling tonight after the first scenes of the new series showed a brutal fight between Frank Underwood and his wife.
In the opening moments, fictional US President Underwood, played by Kevin Spacey, smashes a mirror in his bedroom by pushing his wife Claire, played by Robin Wright, against it.
