Amanda Holden has revealed how she feared for pregnant Alesha Dixon during a performance on tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions.
The 27-year-old illusionist Darcy Oake is set to make his return after being a finalist on Britain’s Got Talent series eight, where he previously set fire to a feather and produced a live bird.
His return to the show sees him try his hand at escapology; locking himself inside a box rigged to explode with his hands handcuffed outside.
As the act gets underway, a concerned Alesha remarks: ‘I hope this isn’t stressful. Oh my God.’
Amanda replies: ‘Oh it is going to be stressful.’
Speaking to The Sun, Amanda revealed how she feared for Alesha during the act, saying: ‘I joked to her that I was worried she might go into labour as she was so on edge during the performance.’
