RuPaul’s brand new series AJ And The Queen has dropped its trailer – and get ready to get your cameo-spotting reading glasses on, Drag Race fans.

Mother arrives in the first look at the show, where RuPaul becomes Robert – who by night goes by the name Ruby Red, and is one of the most fabulous drag queens in town.

Saving up $100,000 to achieve his dream of opening his own club, his life comes tumbling down when his lover leaves him, stealing the cast in the process.

Broke and with nowhere to go, all Robert has left is an RV and a dream, and so takes off on the road to try and get his money back.

With more than a few familiar faces along the way from the days of Drag Race gone by, including Katya, Latrice Royale, Trinity The Tuck and Valentina, her cross country adventure soon hits a snag.

A 10-year-old snag, more specifically, called AJ.

After AJ’s mother hits rock bottom, AJ decides to stowaway in Robert’s van, and then blackmails Robert into taking them to Texas.

The pair soon form a bond as they learn about loves, lives and complications from one side of the States to the next.

Plus a hell of a lot of drag knowledge, including boob bibs, wigs and without doubt, tucking.

Throw in some fabulous costumes, a touch of razzle dazzle, and more costume changes than you can shake a stick at, and you’ve got yourself a series we’re already gagging to see.

AJ And The Queen launches 10 January on Netflix.
