I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star Adele Roberts breaks down in tears over a message of support from Jane McDonald.
While Adele was in camp Jane took a moment out of filming her show Jane & Friends in Manchester to wish the DJ well on her jungle journey.
The former camp mate gets to finally see Jane’s message in a sweet moment for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Coming Out.
Sitting with her girlfriend Kate Holderness at their hotel, Adele begins to cry as soon as Jane’s message starts.
The former Loose Women star joked that she also carries around a framed picture of Adele to keep her company.
Stood in the audience, Jane says in the video: ‘I would like to wish Adele all the best in the jungle. I carry a picture of you at all times my darling. Me and my friends would like to wish you the very best of luck. Good luck Adele!’.
Adele raised some eyebrows on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! when she chose a framed picture of Jane as her luxury item.
Her camp mates were so baffled that she even clashed with Roman Kemp over it.
Adele’s girlfriend Kate Holderness previously cleared up the Jane ‘obsession’, explaining that she chose the photo because other luxury items had already been chosen by other camp mates.
On Instagram she said: ‘The brief was “something to make you happy” so she chose something that never fails to cheer her up and something that reminds her of early morning Radio 1 listeners – it’s a bit of a long running feature on Adele’s show, when they’re having a bit of a slump and feeling down a listener will request “a bit of Jane” to get them through the day.
‘I do have to say that most of her decisions are made at 2am when she gets up for her show, most things make perfect sense as that time.’
The Coming Out show follows the celebrity campmates, including Ian Wright, Kate Garraway, runner-up Andy Whyment and winner Jacqueline Jossa, as they leave the jungle and reunite with their nearest and dearest.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Coming Out airs Thursday at 9pm.
