When KISS FM Radio DJ Melvin Odoom was announced as one of the hosts of The Xtra Factor this morning, a lot of viewers were left confused.
While The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes, 26, who will present the X Factor spin off show alongside him, seems like a suitable choice, Melvin is a lot less well known.
‘Who the heck is Melvin Odoom,’ tweeted one bemused fan and even we were a bit sceptical.
However, it turns out the 34-year-old definitely has the credentials for the role.
