As we’ve been reporting since Eurovision rehearsals began last week, there is something special happening with Loïc Nottet’s Belgium entry.
The song was a 200/1 outsider prior to arriving in Vienna and after qualifying last night the song has seen the biggest action in iTunes charts around Europe.
You can almost hear Terry Wogan proudly declaring that Loïc is about to become one of the most famous Belgians in the world. We’ve never worked out why he thought there were no famous Belgians. We just can’t think of any.
Belgium’s entry Rhythm Inside has stormed into the iTunes chart since last night in 22 countries.
