But clearly times have changed on the CBBC show – as presenter Radzi Chinyanganya is about to prove.

Which means that Radzi – rather him than us, if we’re being honest – will undergo a procedure called a capsule endoscopy, which involves swallowing a pill fitted with a tiny camera, designed to capture footage of the gut.
