She’s arguably one of the funniest and most offensive TV characters ever, and it looks like Catherine Tate’s comedy alter-ego Nan will be returning to our screens very soon.
The foul-mouthed pensioner, who appeared on The Catherine Tate from 2004 to 2009, was so popular that she appeared in her own one-off TV special last year.
Now the BBC have revealed that Joannie ‘Nan’ Taylor will feature in two extra half-hour episodes in 2016.
‘Nan is one of the most iconic comedy characters of our time and it’s thrilling to welcome her back to BBC One,’ said the BBC.
