BBC Breakfast viewers got more than they bargained for on Wednesday morning after an item on the show appeared to show a naked woman waving from a train.
The moment in question appeared as presenter Bill Turnbull introduced a report about Hitachi’s new high-speed trains – which kicked off with a clip from a 1970s InterCity advert.
