Ricky Gervais is among the British actors up for awards at the Emmys this year.
Gervais has been nominated in the category for Outstanding Lead Actor In A Limited Series Or A Movie for the Derek Special.
Selma star David Oyelowo has also been nominated for his role as Peter Snowden in Nightingale, while Mark Rylance is also up for the gong for BBC Drama Wolf Hall, in which he played Thomas Cromwell.
Rylance’s co-star Damian Lewis, who played Henry VIII, has been nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Limited Series Or A Movie.
Wolf Hall is also up for Outstanding Limited Series.
