Louis Tomlinson has responded to a scene on American TV show Euphoria that depicted explicit fan-fiction about him and One Direction band mate Harry Styles.

The scene focused on a fan-fiction writer, played by Barbie Ferreira, who wrote a graphic story about ‘Larry Stylinson’, the nickname for the fictional same-sex relationship between Louis and Harry.

In the animated scene narrated by Zendaya’s character Rue, Harry comforts a nervous Louis before a concert by performing oral sex on him.

As One Direction fans furiously slammed the moment on Twitter, one wondered if either Louis or Harry had been made aware of it.

Louis replied: ‘I can categorically say that I was not contacted nor did I approve it.’

Actress Barbie told the Hollywood Reporter: ‘When I first read the script, that was the first thing that popped out to me because I can relate to that as a 22-year-old woman who lived through the One Direction age. It’s such a reality for so many people, and so many children and teens that are fans just have this escapist world.

‘You completely give yourself to this persona of a person you don’t even know, or five guys, and imaging the way they interact the escaping from your own reality. It’s really interesting to me because I was definitely a part of that, where I wanted to escape my own life and focus on others because it was easier and felt more meaningful.’

(Picture: Twitter)

Louis has previously said that the whole ‘Larry Stylinson’ thing made his friendship with Harry uncomfortable while they were in the band, which went on hiatus in 2016.

‘Larry Stylinson’, a mash-up of both the boys’ names, signifies part of fandom culture called ‘shipping’, where fans express a desire for a romantic relationship to happen between two people – real or fictional.

People are gonna be upset tomorrow night (Picture: ITV)

Love Island’s Michael Griffiths quickly went from one of the most liked people in the villa to one of the most hated after acting on his feelings for Joanna Chimonides.

Michael had been making it pretty clear that his head was being turned from Amber Gill after he called her ‘childish’ and told Joanna that their relationship had hit a rocky patch.

The firefighter will take the plunge and share a kiss with Joanna in the next episode, which was teased at the end of Monday night’s installment.

‘If I went to kiss you now would you stop me?’ Michael asks the new islander

Joanna replies: ‘Probably not.’

Michael leans in for the kill, and just as they are about to lock lips we see Anton – bless his heart – looking shocked.

He’s probably not as shocked as Amber is going to be when she finds out, as she has been making every effort to stay loyal to Michael, refusing to even share a bed with one of the new boys.

Fans of the popular couple were fuming to see Michael stray.

One furious tweet read: ‘Michael is cancelled. i know amber can be suffocating but still she’s my b***h so michael is cancelled and i’m upset.’

‘Deleting my old tweets where i was supporting Michael’ another reply read.

A tweet, written in all caps so you know they’re serious, said: ‘MICHAEL IS CANCELLED IDC ANYMORE AMBER DESERVES BETTER.’

‘I am not emotionally prepared to watch amber walk in on her own and then see Michael with joanna,’ a further post read.

Another tweet said: ‘How the eff can a boy choose a girl he’s known for 3 days over a girl he’s started off this love island experience with ???? Michael you’re a fool.’

Elsewhere in the trailer, Curtis Pritchard – who had been having doubts over his current ‘half-relationship’ with Amy Hart – admitted to Jourdan Riane that he would pick her over Amy if he had to recouple.

‘Right at this second I’d choose you,’ he is seen telling Jourdan.

A stunned Jourdan asks if he is dead sure about his choice, but we will have to wait until tomorrow to get his answer.

And with Jourdan spending the previous night tucked up in bed kissing Danny Williams, does she even feel the same?

Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.

Piers Morgan rages at Wimbledon’s ‘insidious attack on chivalry’ as it removes ‘miss’ and ‘mrs’ references

Piers Morgan isn’t a fan of the changes happening at Wimbledon, with the abandoning of the titles used to refer to women, like ‘miss’ and ‘ms’.

Talking about the new rules for umpires on Tuesday morning, the presenter had a rage at the switch up, as the All England Lawn Tennis Club claimed it was time for it to ‘move with the times’.

To Piers, he believed Wimbledon had reacted to ‘this absurd global movement in case anybody in the future might be upset’ at being referred to by such a title.

He went head to head with Good Morning Britain co-host Susanna Reid about the change, as he believed it was a direct attack on chivalry and gentlemanly actions

‘No you don’t have to move with the times…what happened to chivalry?’ Piers said, as he turned it around.

Susanna quickly replied: ‘It got lost in the battle for equality.

‘I want people to call me Reid like they call you Morgan!’

The chat then turned to congratulations for Cori Gauff who beat Venus Williams (not long before Piers admitted he was a ball boy at Wimbledon at the age of 15…) after the teenage sensation pulled off a memorable Wimbledon upset by beating Venus in straight sets 6-4 6-4 as the youngest player in the competition beat the oldest.

The talk then turned to that of Gauff’s win (Picture: Getty Images)

But then the talk turned back to the lack of her being referred to as ‘miss’ as per the new rules.

‘You see an umpire being chivalrous saying Miss Gauff,’ Piers said. ‘Suddenly they changed it, so now it’s Gauff…

‘It’s not equality to get rid of chivalry.’

His co-host Reid wondered whether they just call men ‘mister’ and ‘master’ but that only fuelled the chivalry fire more so, as Piers argued the construct of chivalry was exclusive only for the men to use towards women.

‘Chivalry is from men to women, there isn’t even a transgender player where this would be necessary where you might upset the transgender player,’ he fumed, as Susanna wondered why it mattered to know the marital status of the female players.

She’s got a point, you know.

‘Why have traditions,’ Piers said. ‘Why have anything?’

And, well, frankly, it was on.

‘What is wrong with you women? Why can’t you take a compliment?’ Piers continued with gathering gusto. ‘A lot of women, if you open the door for them, they look angry. “How dare you infringe on my feminist rights”.

‘It’s polite, its chivalrous, it’s gentlemanly, all the things you’re not allowed to be any more.

‘It’s another insidious attack on chivalry, on men being allowed to be chivalrous. You’re not coming to get us, you’re running away from historic, traditional chivalrous behaviour.’

Seems Mr Morgan has found something that really grinds his gears on a Tuesday morning.

Good Morning Britain returns 6am on ITV.

Love Island’s Casa Amor week is in full swing and heads are turning like we’ve never seen them turn before.

In last night’s episode there was a tonne of cheeky kisses during a good old challenge between the two villas, new bed buddies and of course, a couple of dilemmas.

Fans are itching for tonight’s installment to see Caroline Flack make her hotly-anticipated return with no doubt another bombshell to throw at this year’s contestants.

Didn’t get a chance to tune in? Here’s everything that happened in Monday’s offering, because we’ve got your back.

Yep, it looks like Michael has well and truly moved on from Amber now as he finally managed to share a bed with Joanna on the second night of Casa Amor.

The couple kissed during a challenge, with a promo clip for tonight’s installment showing them snog outside in front of shocked islanders, with Michael initiating the whole shebang.

‘It’s been easier to get to know you than the whole three or four weeks than it has been getting to know Amber,’ he later told her as they shared a duvet.

Meanwhile, Danny expressed his feelings for Jourdan before they went to sleep.

‘I’m trying my best not to be too forward,’ he said. ‘But it’s not easy.’

Curtis Pritchard admitted his head has been turned by Jourdan Riane

Curtis Pritchard admitted to Michael that his head has been turned from Amy Hart as they had a debrief outside in the sunshine.

‘Why has my head been turned?’ he asked. ‘There must be something missing.’

‘I want to speak to her [Jourdan] a little bit more and get to have a feel of it. I admit I don’t know what to do.’

Speaking later in the Beach Hut, Curtis confessed: ‘I don’t want to hurt Amy, I don’t want to upset anyone but I need to sort of think about myself and then I can make the correct decision. If I’m not being myself then I can’t make the correct decision.’

In the sneak preview, he admitted to Jourdan that he would choose her for recoupling.

Anton Danyluk and Belle Hassan kissed in the Raunchy Races challenge

Resident singleton Anton Danyluk finally managed to lock lips with his bed mate Belle Hassan during the infamous Raunchy Race challenge.

The two islanders have been busy getting to know each other over the past few days, with some viewers concerned that she’s using him to stay on the show.

Elsewhere in the game, Tommy Fury kissed Belle and Curtis kissed Jourdan (and accidentally bit her lip in the process).

Lucie Donlan moved on from Joe Garratt with Stevie Bradley

Love Island's Lucie Donlan

Lucie Donlan shared an intimate moment with Stevie Bradley on the terrace last night.

‘I would have tried to kiss you a while ago but I thought you’d pie me,’ Stevie said before going in for the kill.

Explaining her thoughts on the Beach Hut, Lucie admitted: ‘I just had a snog with Stevie and I’m a bit shocked because it came from nowhere but it’s nice to see that he’s confident and that he likes me.’

Looks like she’s officially getting over dumped islander Joe Garratt – despite him waiting on the outside.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.

Piers Morgan is surprisingly clued up on Taylor Swift’s latest feud with ‘highly annoying’ Scooter Braun

$

0

Piers Morgan has weighed in on Taylor Swift’s latest fued, after she called out Scooter Braun for buying her early work from under her feet.

The Bad Blood singer reacted to the news that Scooter – who is Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s longtime manager – had purchased Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine Label Group as part of a $300million (£240million) deal, according to Billboard.

Taylor’s former label Big Machine owns the singer’s back catalogue from her 2006 self-titled debut album to Reputation which was released in 2017 – every single, every photo and all the assets that goes with it.

Taylor claims that she was never given the opportunity to buy it herself.

The star insisted that it has been the result of inking a deal at just 15-years-old and now suffering the consequences, but Taylor also claimed that Scooter had been tormenting her through music for years.

And it got messy, as she called Scooter’s move ‘gross’.

With celebrities including Ariana and Cara Delevingne apparently ‘taking sides’ in the palaver, Piers is surprisingly clued up on the thing.

‘Now, she went public with fury when she found out he bought her songs this week,’ he said on Good Morning Britain this morning.

‘Everyone has piled in, everyone’s taking sides.’

To him, she caught a ‘terrible surprise’ to see her so-called nemesis ‘owns her’.

Recalling Michael Jackson’s 1985 purchase of around 250 of The Beatles songs for $47.5million (£37million), he said ‘it comes down to ownership’.

Piers morgan and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain
Piers weighed into Taylor’s latest feud on GMB (Picture: ITV)

‘Paul McCartney was incensed when he failed to be able to buy early Beatles songs, Michael Jack bought them which meant when he wanted to sing songs from that period had to get permission from Michael Jackson and pay him,’ Piers said.

‘He got outbid by Michael Jackson. [It was] about money.’

But he feels the situation with Taylor and Scooter is ‘more complicated’ as it’s not just about money.

‘A stain on all these millionaires houses, they’re all loaded, everyone enjoying this spat, they’re all sickeningly rich.

‘It’s about who’s got £300million who’s got £400million. Why do we care, really? Do we care?

‘Whose side are you on. Are we team Taylor?’

Piers definitely isn’t team Scooter, as he called him a ‘highly annoying individual’.

Well, the man has never been one to mince his words.

‘I have mutual friends of his who like him. He’s the guy who tried to make a singing career out of Beckham junior. The little one. Likes taking people like Justin Bieber and doing their thing,’ he explained.

‘My clashes with him has been annoying over the years. But that’s fine.

‘He’s what he is, he’s a ball breaking LA music mogul and they’re all unpleasant, to be honest with you.’

But on the other side of the recording studio, Piers is not necessarily team Taylor, either.

‘Taylor Swift is no angel. She plays the marketing game very skilfully, plays the victim card,’ he continued.

‘What’s interesting is the way they’re all conducting it in public. You never normally see them come out like that. The whole box of fireworks has gone off. Everyone is team Taylor or team scooter/Bieber.’

First look at Mindy Kaling’s Four Weddings And A Funeral remake is here as trailer drops

Mindy Kaling’s remake of Four Weddings And A Funeral is just weeks away from hitting our television screens and Hulu have officially released its first glimpse to get us excited.

Judging from the trailer the rom-com uses Richard Curits’ hit movie of the same name as a springboard, with all the lovey-doveyness we’ve adored before.

The story follows Maya (played by Nathalie Emmanuel) who jets over to the UK from America to meet with her friends for a wedding.

On her journey across the pond, she has a good old fashioned meet-cute in the airport with a devilishly handsome man played by Nikesh Patel, catapulting a quest to find him.

‘This summer, best friends, compromising positions, Four Weddings And A Funeral,’ teases the clip.

Getting us excited for the grand arrival, Hulu announced: ‘Relationships are forged and broken, political scandals exposed, London social life lampooned, love affairs ignited and doused, and of course there are four weddings… and a funeral.’

The Four Weddings miniseries has in the works for months, with Game Of Thrones’ Nathalie’s cast news being revealed back in November.

Speaking about the exciting project, Mindy told Deadline: ‘I think Richard Curtis’s movie is a perfect comedy with the best cast. At first I thought, ‘Why would I ever do it?

‘That part of the movie I really did love. I thought if I can do this in a way where I wouldn’t have a lot of comparisons to the original source material, which is perfect, and if I did it in a way through the lens of Mindy Kaling, I would think that would be an interesting project.’

Four Weddings And A Funeral premieres Wednesday 31 July on Hulu.

Pictures of Love Island’s Anton Danyluk as butler in the buff resurface

Snapshots of Love Island star Anton Danyluk during his days as a butler in the buff have surfaced.

The 24-year-old gym owner has won over Love Island fans with his earnest personality and absolute rotten luck with girls in the villa.

In these pictures however, which we have blurred out to protect his modesty, Anton can be seen posing completely naked in just a black bow tie with a white collar.

Anton’s former boss previously revealed that although Anton had the look for the role, he was ‘shy’ and would need a ‘lot of convincing’ to strip off.

Anton’s former boss revealed that he was ‘shy’

‘He seemed really shy at the thought of being naked in front of girls. He had to be talked into it but he said yes in the end,’ Brian Matthews told Daily Mail.

His gig as a butler however did help the young man’s sex life though, as he admitted before going in the villa that he slept with six girls during the first five events he worked on.

Love Island viewers are not sure about Belle Hassan (Picture: Rex)

Anton has found himself coupled up with girls as friends only during the first four weeks of his stay in the villa.

However with the arrival of six new girls, his fortunes have turned around and Belle Hassan has taken a liking to him.

But Love Island fans are torn about her intentions, after the blond bombshell arrival shared a bed with him and tickled his back, prompting suggestions that they did more than cuddle all night.

The 21-year-old makeup artist from Kent was one of six women to enter the villa in the show’s cheeky Casa Amor twist, along with six hunky lads who are working on the ladies.

Belle wasted little time and upon her arrival made a beeline for Anton, and later climbed into his bed but fans are worried she’s using Anton’s popularity to stay in the villa.

Love Island rules: What happens to the dumped Love Islanders after Casa Amor?

$
0
0
Love Island contestants at Casa Amor
Two Love Island villas are about to become one again (Picture: ITV)

Love Island has been fair dominated by the Casa Amor twist in recent days, as 12 new contestants attempt to turn the heads of those already in the villa.

This year the notorious ‘second villa’ has had a twist added – with the girls going to Casa Amor instead of the boys, and six new boys heading to Casa Amor to keep them company while six new girls joined the main villa.

All of which has resulted in a few potential new couples – and potentially posed a bit of a threat to some of the existing ones.

If the trailer for Tuesday night’s show at the end of last night’s is anything to go by then everything’s set to come full circle – as the islanders have to choose whether to stay in their pre-Casa Amor couples or pair up with someone new in the latest recoupling.

Expect drama in spades – but what about those Casa Amor newcomers who end up without a partner?

Here’s what you need to know…

What happens to the dumped Love Islanders after Casa Amor?

In previous years, Casa Amor has been followed by a recoupling, in which the original Islanders can form a new couple with a newcomer or stay in their current couple – while newbies can also couple up.

Those who are chosen to couple up get to stay in the villa and join the show – but any of the new boys and girls who are not chosen are dumped from the island immediately.

Michael Griffiths kissing Joanna Chimonides on Love Island
Michael and Joanna could well become a thing (Picture: ITV)

The scene looks set for fireworks as the recoupling unfolds, with Curtis having expressed doubts about Amy as he got to know newbie Jourdan Riane – telling her in a preview for Tuesday night’s show that he would choose her at that moment.

Michael Griffiths has also had his head turned by Joanna Chimonides despite being coupled up with Amber Gill – while over in Casa Amor Anna has grown very close to new boy Ovie Soko.

What happened after Casa Amor in 2018?

The 2018 Casa Amor twist shook things up thoroughly, with Adam Collard coupling up with newcomer Darylle Sargeant, Megan Barton-Hanson choosing Alex Miller, and Samira Mighty and Sam Bird also ending up in new couples as they chose Frankie Foster and Ellie Jones.

Josh Denzel – who had been coupled up with Georgia Steel at the time – recoupled with Kaz Crossley, while Laura Anderson coupled up with Jack Fowler, Alex George chose Grace Wardle and Ellie Brown coupled with Charlie Brake.

Only Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham remained together, although that also proved controversial after Dani was shown footage which was edited to look as if her Love Island love had cheated on her – prompting thousands of complaints to Ofcom.

Things could get even more dramatic this year…

Love Island continues on ITV2 on Tuesday night at 9pm.

Top Gear’s Chris Harris denies Freddie Flintoff bullying accusations: ‘We all give as good as we get’

The new season of Top Gear came under fire this week as fans accused hosts Freddie Flintoff and Paddy McGuinness of ‘bullying’ Chris Harris.

Chris has now responded to the claims, insisting that his co-stars are ‘two of the kindest people’ he’s worked with.

Taking to Twitter, the broadcaster, 44, wrote: ‘Need to tell you all that Fred and Paddy are two of the kindest people I’ve worked with. We’re good pals and I’ve never felt remotely picked-on.

‘I’m small – so what? We all give as good as we get. And who gets to slide the supercars? Me! It’s just telly, and I’m loving it!’

Viewers complained of the banter veering into ‘uncomfortable’ territory, with Freddie smashing a watermelon on Chris’ head at one point.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain today, Chris called his co-hosts ‘national treasures’ and ‘brilliant entertainers’.

Speaking to Piers Morgan and Susannah Reid he added: ‘And I do the geeky stuff in the background – it’s a good mix!’

Referencing the bullying claims he explained: ‘I love a bit of rough and tumble, I was brought up that way, I went to school that way. I wasn’t prepared for it and I love it – it’s what it should be about.

‘If you mess around with your mates, you get into rough and tumble then you remember you’re in your mid-40s and you can’t land the way you used to, so it’s great fun.’

Chris Harris

Chris joked about working with ‘unit Freddie: ‘He’s strong man, I mean he picked me up and threw me around the way I throw around my nine-year-old.’

On Top Gear’s rekindled success, Chris announced that it’s the most viewed show on BBC Two so far this year.

A Top Gear representative told Metro.co.uk: ‘Top Gear’s producers do not, and never will condone bullying in any shape or form – on or off screen.

‘As we hope the series has demonstrated so far – Paddy, Freddie and Chris have become great friends who enjoy teasing each other relentlessly during every challenge the producers set them.’

Love Island’s Iain Stirling nicknames Danny Williams ‘the travel agent’ and viewers are cracking up

We all know the best part of Love Island is the narration courtesy of Iain Stirling.

And the Scottish comedian truly outdid himself on last night’s episode when he made a crack about Danny Williams’ head turning.

The 21-year-old was originally coupled up with Yewande Biala, but his head flipped 180 to new girl Arabella Chi, who he coupled up with, sending Yewande home.

Then Arabella was dumped from the island after failing to click with the lads.

And now that Danny has moved on to Jourdan Riane, we’re adoring the new nickname Iain has come up with for the model.

Iain, 31, said: ‘Back in the villa, Jourdan’s chatting to Danny, or as I like to call him, the travel agent because when people hang around him, they always wind up heading to the airport.’

Take a bow, Stirling.

And viewers were in stitches:

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Jake Quickenden also got involved, tweeting: ‘Danny getting called a travel agent because anyone who hangs around with him gets sent home…. I Just wish he was called Pilot instead then he’d have to fly them back his self #loveisland.’

Savage.

Danny was seen on last night’s episode in bed with Jourdan, sharing a passionate kiss, and Danny insisted he’d have got to know the girls even if Arabella hadn’t been dumped from the island.

Speaking to Jordan Hames, he said: ‘You’ve got to be realistic, if people come in, you’ve got to be open and get to know them. Even if Arabella was here, if someone [came] in , I would still get to know them anyway because it was only a week in.’

Danny kisses Jourdan on Love Island

He added that the ‘attraction’ was there with Jourdan – but his conquest could be threatened by Curtis Pritchard, who admitted his head was turned by Jourdan.

The ballroom dancer expressed his doubts about his relationship with Amy Hart, saying: ‘Me and Amy are good, I can see a future with her, I enjoy spending time with Amy and everything. But why am I having doubts?

‘I don’t want to hurt Amy, I don’t want to upset anyone but I need to sort of think about myself and then I can make the correct decision. If I’m not being myself then I can’t make the correct decision.’

And the sneak preview for tonight’s show, he admitted to Jourdan that he would choose her for recoupling.

Throw in Michael cracking on with Joanna while Amber stays loyal in Casa Amor, and we sense a few bust-ups on the horizons.

Jeremy Clarkson calls himself the best Top Gear presenter and fans totally agree

Jeremy Clarkson has gone and sung his own praises because why the heck not.

In a candid tweet, the star just went and called himself the best Top Gear presenter – and it seems as though fans agree.

Radio Times put out a poll, on Monday morning, where they asked their readers who they think did it better.

‘From @JeremyClarkson to Angela Rippon,’ the publication wrote, before adding: ‘Who’s the best ever @BBC_TopGear presenter? Cast your vote here…’

And within seconds, it seems the 59-year-old had his reply at the ready as he simply wrote: ‘Me.’

In the words of RuPaul, if you don’t love yourself, how the hell are you going to love anyone else?

Fans were quick to comment, and despite loving the new lineup with Paddy McGuinness at the helm, it seems Jeremy came out on top.

‘This weeks @BBC_TopGear had me in stitches but there is only one Mr TG and that’s Clarkson,’ one explained: ‘All the others either copy or try to be different but eventually fail.’

Someone else said: ‘Clarkson is the best, miss Top Gear with them guys.’

While others trolled the star, joking: ‘HAMMOND!!!! Lol. Hammond, May and Clarkson. I stopped watching TG when they left.’

In March 2015, Jeremy was officially axed from the show following what the BBC described as a ‘fracas’ with a producer.

Fans agreed with the star (Picture: Getty Images)

Richard Hammond and James May later handed in their resignations and the team have now joined forces once again for their own hit: The Grand Tour.

However, that hasn’t stopped Jeremy from missing his time on the OG motoring programme.

Talking to Radio Times, the father-of-three recently confessed that he can’t bring himself to watch the show.

‘It would be like going to visit your baby after it’s been adopted by someone else, and pressing your face up at the window,’ he told the publication.

That doesn’t mean he’s forgotten about it, though, as he went on to say how he’s still fond of Top Gear.

‘I still care about Top Gear very much’, Clarkson confessed as he claimed: ‘I dreamt it up, and everything on it is something I came up with.’

Which Love Island 2019 couples are still together?

Has Casa Amor caused trouble in paradise? (Pictures: ITV)

Casa Amor has tested the Love Island couples once again, and it comes as little surprise that heads are already starting to turn.

Fan-favourite couples could be in serious danger as the 12 new cast members continue to make their respective plays for love in the villas.

Here’s what you need to know about the current Love Island couples and who’s still together…

Which Love Island couples are still together?

Amy and Curtis

Amy and Curtis seemed to be going strong since the very start of the season, with many referring to them as the ‘mum and dad’ of the villa.

However, Casa Amor appears to have well and truly put their relationship to the test, as Curtis has been ‘having doubts’, and has admitted to Essex model Jourdan Riane that he’s open to getting to know her a little bit better.

‘Me and Amy are good, I can see a future with her, I enjoy spending time with Amy and everything’, he said in a beach hut confessional.

‘But why am I having doubts?’

Could his head be starting to turn?

Amber and Michael

Amber and Michael are another pair who are coupled up but seem to be about to hit the rocks, as Michael has been seen kissing Joanna Chimonides in a preview for the next episode, which is due to air on Tuesday night.

Michael has been making it pretty clear that his head was being turned from Amber after he called her ‘childish’ and told Joanna that their relationship was not exactly smooth sailing.

‘If I went to kiss you now would you stop me?’ the firefighter is seen asking the new islander in the preview.

To which Joanna replies: ‘Probably not.’

We’d bet good money that Amber won’t be too pleased about this…

Anna and Jordan

Anna and Jordan are yet another pair who are being shaken up by the arrival of the new Casa Amor cast members.

Anna found her head turning almost immediately after she met basketball player Ovie Soko in Casa Amor.

However, even though Jordan said he was open to getting to know the new girls in the villa, he later said that he’d been missing Anna.

Could he be in for a disappointment when Anna comes back to the main villa?

Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury

Tommy and Molly

Tommy and Molly-Mae are the most solid couple on Love Island at the moment.

Even though they’ve both kissed other people in an effort to win challenges, they’ve thus-far stayed loyal to each other during the Casa Amor split.

Maybe love isn’t dead after all…

While Lucie Donlan and Anton Danyluk were also coupled up, they were never romantically interested in each other and paired up to keep each other safe in the villa. Likewise, both Maura and Danny are single after their significant other halves – Tom and Arabella – were booted out of the villa last week.

Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.

Katie Price has skipped out on the launch for her reality show My Crazy Life due to an illness.

The star was supposed to take part in the event, which took place at 10 Wardour Street, in London, and had even agreed to do a Q&A with press during the day.

However, it looks as though the 41-year-old is feeling under the weather, as she had to cancel last minute.

While waiting for the former glamour model to arrive, punters were informed that the star couldn’t make the big day.

A representative from Quest Red told the crowd: ‘Unfortunately Katie won’t be able to make it, she’s really ill. If she could, she would.’

Metro.co.uk later received a comment from the mother-of-five’s PR, who said: ‘She’s not well. She was meant to be there, but she’s not good.’

Katie need to have a speedy recovery, as the Loose Women panelist has a busy time come up.

Not only is she launching the next series of her show, but the star is also bringing back her music career.

That’s right, after singing with her ex-husband Peter Andre it looks like she fancies her chances at taking to the stage once again, and has even leaked a little demo to keep us going.

In a snippet of her upcoming track Hurricane, Katie sings: ‘I’m coming for the Hurricane, I’m drifting,’ against an Ibiza-esque club beat produced by Rick Live.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BzJbWdJj-FU/?utm_source=ig_embed

The tune has received rave reviews from Katie’s followers, many of whom admit their surprise at the popstar’s trendy dance sound.

A source recently revealed that Katie would be returning to the world of music when chatting to The Sun.

They told the publication: ‘Katie has wanted to get back into the studio for a while and she’s finally ready to relaunch her music career.

‘She’s loved being back in the studio and has already started recording new songs – it could lead to a new album!’

Katie previously collaborated with Peter Andre on the warbling ballad A Whole New World, before releasing Free To Love Again in 2010.

She later dropped the song I Got U in 2017 complete with a performance on Loose Women.

This Morning’s debate segment topic was on the subject of Sports Day and in particular, parents who take it too seriously.

Joining Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby for the debate was Welsh sprinter Iwan Thomas and This Morning regular, mum Lottie Daley.

Iwan, 45, argued that competition is healthy while mum-of-three Lottie disagreed claiming that parents should have ‘more decorum’ and the annual school event should be banned outright.

‘Surely it’s their [parents] right to support their kids at sports day, win, lose or draw,’ Iwan said.

But Lottie insisted: ‘We should just ban sports day altogether. It absolutely fills the majority of people I know with dread,’ Lottie said.

Viewers were not impressed and took to Twitter to share their views.

One person wrote: ‘Competition is healthy if we have no competition we wouldn’t have all these sports women and men. #ThisMorning.’

While another added: ‘Everyone has their strengths & weaknesses why stop a day celebrating something some kids excel in just because parents are the sore losers. Some children excel in drama, art & music are you going to stop school plays? I think not #ThisMorning.’

Another person tweeted: ‘If this lady is still traumatised from her sports day she needs help to work through it, not just ban the whole bloody thing! The world can’t accommodate for every single persons thoughts n feelings ffs.’

One other viewer wrote: ‘Ban sports day in schools? Are you off your trolley? It was one of the best days in the school year! #ThisMorning.’

This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am on ITV.

Arabella Chi was waiting to see how things go with Danny Williams in the outside world after their brief Love Island romance.

But it seems his kiss with Jourdan Riane may have thrown a spanner in the works.

The 28-year-old has admitted her feelings for Danny have changed after he necked on with Jourdan in bed during last night’s episode of Love Island.

Araballa appeared on Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp, Vick Hope and Sonny Jay and called last night’s episode ‘very interesting’, saying: ‘I didn’t enjoy seeing Danny kiss that’s for sure.’

When Roman pointed out that Arabella said they were both single during her appearance on Aftersun, the model said: ‘Yeah. But obviously when you then see it, it’s not the nicest thing. Like, obviously, when Yewande saw us kissing.’

However, it was Danny’s conversation with Jourdan which bothered her the most – after it sounded very similar to his speech to her as he moved on from Yewande Biala.

As Jourdan asked the model whether he would still be interested in her were Arabella in Casa Amor, Danny replied: ‘Yes. She’d only been here for a week, we’d been coupled for two days. At that point, if you’d have come in then, I’d have still got to know you.’

Arabella said: ‘I think he’s saying the same to her as he did to me. Obviously with Yewande. I feel like it’s history repeating itself but in a very short period of time.’

And when Roman asked if her view on the 21-year-old has changed, Arabella didn’t seem as keen on Danny as she was when she left the villa.

She said: ‘I feel like he’s just acting his age which, yeah, does slightly change my view on him ’cause I feel like he’s acting like a 21-year old-now. Like he’s just jumping ship.

‘But like I said he is single like I’m single so he can… you know, he’s entitled to do what he wants to do.’

Vick quipped: ‘I don’t think he knows what he wants to do, I don’t think he knows what he’s doing at all’ – agreed.

It could be that Danny is about to shoot himself in the foot, as there’s a number of fellas vying for Jourdan’s attention, despite her kiss with Danny.

Jordan Hames, who is coupled up with Anna Vakili, admitted he was interested, while in the preview for tonight’s show, Curtis Pritchard is heard saying he would recouple with Jourdan – despite Amy Hart remaining loyal in Casa Amor.

Oh, the drama.

Tune in to Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp, weekdays from 6am – 10am.

Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2.

Netflix has unleashed its first look at its adaptation of The Witcher, and fans couldn’t be more excited.

The snaps offered a first look at Henry Cavill in the lead role of Geralt of Rivia, in the streaming service’s adaptation of Andrzej Sapowski’s novel series turned video game favourite.

So just what is The Witcher and when will we get to see it? Here’s what you need to know…

What is The Witcher and what books is it based on?

The Witcher began life as a series of books by Polish author Andrzej Sapowski, which went on to find popularity as a video game series.

It focuses on the titular witchers – monster hunters – who are human, but who have been chemically and magically altered to make them perfect for combatting the supernatural creatures haunting the strange land known as The Continent.

Their magical powers allow them to take on those beasts – although their special abilities do not render them totally invincible.

The series sees Geralt inadvertently finding himself at the centre of huge political and royal intrigues as well as cataclysmic events, in the medieval world in which he lives.

Who is in the cast of the series?

Joining Cavill in the series are Anya Cholatra (Sherwood) as Yennefer and Freya Allan (The War of The Worlds) as Ciri, while other cast members include Fortitude’s Bjorn Hlynur Haraldsson, The Last Kingdom’s Millie Brady and Ripper Street star MyAnna Buring.

When is The Witcher released on Netflix?

There’s no confirmed date yet but Ted Sarandos, Chief Content Officer of Netflix, confirmed earlier this year we could expect to see it in the ‘fourth quarter’ – so keep those eyes peeled from October onwards.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield completely lose it as This Morning viewers share dodgy children’s drawings

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield often find themselves cracking up while presenting This Morning, but a segment on today’s show sent them into hysterics.

Viewers were sharing some of the unintentionally rude artworks by their children and the presenters lost it.

Some of the drawings definitely won’t be going up on the fridge but viewers witnessed the hosts getting increasingly giddy and unable to hold back the laughter.

Holly explained the inspiration for the segment came when a mum from Cardiff was pulled aside by nursery for her daughter’s risqué painting of a slide.

A dodgy drawing of Santa delivering presents prompted Holly to joke: ‘He certainly delivered something!’ as the pair just couldn’t cope with the hilarious pics.

And the laughter was infectious as fans took to Twitter to join in.
