The second series of True Detective might have disappointed fans, but maybe they’d tune into the next season if it was set in a galaxy far, far away.
Because this shot-for-shot remake of the HBO crime show’s title sequence with Star Wars is a thing of beauty.
Thanks goes to Star Wars Minute who produced the one minute 44 second to coincide with the season 2 finale of True Detective starring Colin Firth, Rachel McAdams, Vince Vaughn and Taylor Kitsch.
Sadly for the new cast, they didn’t receive the same sort of critical praise as Matthew McConaughy and Woody Harrelson who appeared in the first season.
