Move over, Great British Bake Off – there’s a new show in town which sets out to challenge people’s creative skills AND squeeze out every possible sexual innuendo about its topic.
Introducing: The Great Pottery Throw Down.
The first episode, which aired tonight on BBC2, was a torrid storm of pulling, rims and cracks as the contestants set out to prove their skills in front of a pottery wheel.
Presented by Sara Cox, the pottery wannabes were put through their paces by potters Keith Brymer Jones and Kate Malone.
