Simon Cowell is reportedly planning to steal Emma Willis and Rylan Clark away from Big Brother.
According to the Daily Star, the music mogul wants Emma and Rylan to replace Olly Murs and Caroline Flack as X Factor hosts, despite the current duo only in their first series of presenting the main show.
