Last night’s episode saw one of the most disturbing scenes of the entire series so far, with Ramsay Bolton forcing Theon Greyjoy to watch as he raped Sansa Stark on their wedding night.

It was the scene book readers have feared since it was revealed that Sansa would be replacing Jeyne Poole as Ramsay’s bride-to-be.

In the books, Ramsay is led by the Lannisters to believe he is marrying Arya Stark, but she is in fact Sansa’s childhood friend Jeyne.
