You might think the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is on Saturday night, but it all kicks off tonight with the first Eurovision semi final broadcasting live at 8pm on BBC3 and it’s well worth watching.
The second semi final is live on Thursday and the United Kingdom will be voting in that one.
Ten countries will qualify from each and go through to Saturday night’s Eurovision Song Contest final in Vienna, Austria. Europe is having a party and everyone is invited, including Australia – though as guests of honour they’re already in the final.
