As much as we would love to see Daenerys Targaryen reunited with her sun and stars Khal Drogo, that ain’t happening.

There’s been reports that Jason Momoa was filming on the set of Game Of Thrones in Spain this week, after pictures were released featuring Emilia Clarke and an actor who looks a lot like him.

But a GOT insider told Metro.co.uk that it certainly wasn’t him, rather just another dude playing a dothraki warrior who happens to share a likeness to our Khal.

You’re still in there, Daario.

It’s not the first time fans have gotten excited about a dead character returning after Kit Harington was seen on the Belfast set of the HBO fantasy show earlier this year.

We know she presents The X Factor but she currently looks like a creature from The X-Files.

Caroline Flack has posted an alarming photo of her broken arm – and it looks seriously weird.

Aware of how bloomin’ creepy it looks, she captioned the pic: ‘Shout out my broken arm . NO JOKE’.

Instagram Photo

The 35-year-old Strictly champ also posted a pic which shows her wearing a bandage round her elongated elbow.

A tweet from the husky-voiced star last week revealed her injury came about due to a rogue cab.

She wrote: ‘Apart from being run over by a taxi , today is going pretty smoothly.’

Still, her crocked arm didn’t stop her lifting a hardback edition of her new autobiography, Storm In A C Cup, on Monday.

Even before the reported accident, Caroline’s hectic X Factor filming schedule has taken its toll on her physically.

Earlier this month she tweeted: ‘Put my back out lifting… Read the full story

The Apprentice’s Solomon Akhtar might have nearly peed his pants when Claude Littner yelled he was a ‘bloody disgrace’, but he should be thankful.

The aspiring entrepreneur almost didn’t get the chance to be told he was ‘taking the piss’ by Lord Sugar’s new right hand man as the 66-year-old revealed he came incredibly close to losing his life to cancer.

But for once, a blazing row with Alan actually did some good, and may even have saved his life.

Piers Morgan Visits “Extra” D Dipasupil/Getty Images for Extra

He’s probably one of the most controversial public figures in the UK, but I’m sure we can all agree with Piers Morgan on his latest point.

The newly appointed Good Morning Britain presenter has jumped to the defence of Susanna Reid who is often accused of being too flirty during her interviews with famous men.

‘She’s damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t,’ Piers said. ‘I can flirt away with anyone when I do my Life Stories, nobody gives a damn. But the moment she has a laugh with David Beckham, or the Prime Minister, suddenly she’s being disgraceful and flirting too much.

Stephen Fry is saying goodbye to QI.

The British broadcaster and presenter will be passing on the mantel to BBC Radio 4’s former News Quiz host Sandi Toksvig.

Stephen’s departure comes after 13 years in the quizmaster seat of the BBC2 comedy show.

QI stands for ‘Quite Interesting’ and was originally meant to have Michael Palin as host with Fry and Alan Davies as team captains, but at the last minute the BAFTA host was bumped up for the pilot episode.

Stephen’s final series will be named M, the thirteenth letter in the alphabet for the thirteenth series.

‘For thirteen years I had one of the best jobs on television,’ the Fry & Laurie star said in a statement.

‘Behind the camera squadrons of quite extraordinarily brilliant researchers, programme makers and… Read the full story

At 35, Macaulay Culkin has grown up to be a star. Just not the star you think.

Most people pray as a kid they’ll grow up to be just like their idols. Very few actually manage it. But judging by Macaulay’s appearance in New York this week, he’s got it absolutely spot on.

Either that or he’s testing out a genius disguise following news of his fake death, by emulating several stars so no one actually knows who he is. Maybe he faked his own death and this is how he’s carrying on his secret life. Clever, Culkin. Very clever.

When appearing at Comic Con to talk about Adult Swim he… Read the full story

For a good few years QI has gone from ‘Quite Interesting’ to ‘Quite Inane’ and the departure of Stephen Fry should be considered as the final nail in its coffin.

The well loved comedian is hanging up his loud ties and clever quips and handing the reigns over to 15 to 1 host Sandi Toksvig.

Having been a guest on the show herself, and given that she is a bit of a legend of the small screen, Sandi is the ideal choice to take over the show. Or she would be… if the entire format hadn’t become incredibly stale.

It has been clear for some time that the show has started to lose its own passion and it is consistently relying on becoming a parody… Read the full story

Emmerdale fans think they’ve cracked Who Shot Robert Sugden as odds are slashed on a bizarre suspect

Emmerdale fans think they might have cracked the case as bookies have dramatically slashed the odds on a very unusual suspect.

Just over a week before the big reveal in a special flashback episode, vicar Ashley Thomas has become a hot favourite to be unmasked as the gunman.

Yep, you know Ashley? Mild mannered, religious chap who forgave a girl for running him over?

Betfair have picked up on the growing belief that Ashley shot Robert and cut the odds down from 100/1 all the way down to 5/1, which makes him second favourite to have pulled the trigger behind only Ross Barton, who remains favourite at 2/1. It makes him equally as likely as Paddy Kirk to have shot Robert, according to the odds.

Regular viewers of The Jeremy Kyle Show will of course know that the lie detector test is a key part of proceedings – especially when it comes to proving one’s innocence.

Not that it made much difference to one of the participants on Wednesday morning’s show, mind.

The programme in question saw a bloke called Tom accused of stealing money from his friend Kyle – with Jezza naturally determined to get to the bottom of things by bringing out the old lie detector.

Except there was a problem – the test proved ‘inconclusive’ as Tom, who had been out drinking until the wee small hours, nodded off midway through the procedure.

Reality shows aren’t kind to everyone.

Stars of Made In Chelsea have talked of trolling, TOWIE favourites get regular online abuse, but for regular joes who appear in these TV shows, the reaction can be a bit much.

Paul Dawson and Karen Wakefield starred in the BBC3 documentary People Like us and have had such a strong reaction to their appearance on it they’ve been left ‘feeling suicidal’.

The couple own the Wishy Washy laundrette in Harpurhey and they featured heavily in the documentary about one of the poorest parts of Britain.

Sam, Selina and Richard from Team Versatile sell fish (Picture: BBC)

The 11th series of The Apprentice kicked off with a new twist – mixed teams for the first time ever in an opening task – before settling into a familiar routine of inept project management and basic mistakes.

Tasked with buying fish to turn into saleable products in an attempt to maximise profit, Versatile’s simple formula of fish finger sandwiches and calamari led to a landslide victory. Connexus’s tuna Niçoise and jumbo fish cakes generated a profit of just £1.87. The team fell hook, line and sinker to a succession of rookie errors ranging from hopelessly optimistic pricing to poor time management resulting in missing the lunchtime rush.

THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS SPOILERS ON THE FIRST EPISODE OF THE 11TH SERIES OF THE APPRENTICE

The Apprentice was back tonight with its 11th series but aside from the hapless Dan Callaghan… it was all about the fish task.

The 18 candidates were tasked with heading to London’s famous Billingsgate fish market to buy produce to make some tasty lunches to sell to the London lunch trade later that day.

And with a task involving fish, it was only natural for the fish puns to start rolling thick and fast on Twitter.

Lord Alan Sugar even had a few cracks at some humdingers himself when it came to the boardroom.

Lord Sugar doesn’t actually like firing people, says his aide Claude Littner.

At the end of every episode of The Apprentice (bar the final), Lord Sugar dismisses a sub par candidate with his popular catchphrase ‘You’re fired’.

But it turns out the businessman isn’t as hard-faced as he comes across on the programme.

Littner, who replaced Nick Hewer this year, said (via The Mirror): ‘Alan may seem like someone hiring and firing but he’s not like that at all. He tries to give people the benefit of the doubt.

James Jordan is at it again…. this time attacking Craig Revel Horwood

James Jordan certainly isn’t backward in coming forward when it comes to Strictly Come Dancing.

So far this year the former Strictly professional has had a fair bit to say about the celebs on the show and went as far as to have a pop at Peter Andre for apparent favouritism from show bosses, and has said the celebs are being silenced by the bigwigs, but now James Jordan has turned his claws on the judges. Again.

Craig Revel Horwood had a dig at James’ wife Ola’s calendar, saying the images of her ‘pouring milk all over herself with her legs spread’… Read the full story

Kirsten Dunst totally did the Bring It On cheers on The Late Late Show with James Corden

It might have been 15 years since Bring It On was charming cinemagoers across the world (and yes you are that old), but that doesn’t mean Kirsten Dunst has forgotten about it.

The actress – currently making her mark on the small screen in season 2 of Fargo – proved just how well she remembers the cheerleading classic after recreating one of its best-loved moments for an appreciative James Corden.

Naturally, when talk turned to Bring It On, he couldn’t resist asking Kirsten if she remembered any of the cheers from the film – only to be told ‘Of course I do!’

And she went on to prove it, leading the other guests in a word-perfect chorus of the film’s infamous ‘brr, it’s cold in here’ chant.
