Tim Wonnacott has left BBC daytime favourite Bargain Hunt after 12 years and around 1,200 editions of the show.
The BBC confirmed news of his departure in a statement, which came after claims made earlier this year that he had been suspended from the show amid a clash with producers.
He will continue working on BBC Two show Antiques Road Trip – which he narrates – as well as other projects.
